wordpress 3.3 upgrade = can't edit images on posts (1 post)

I have a WP multi-site installed and i’ve upgraded it to 3.3, I cant edit any image on any post when i click the image then click edit i only have the transparent gray page without the editing window.
and when i try to use Picasa Express x2 i get the same thing
any idea please.
