WordPress 3.2.1 remove date and author

    I don’t want to show information about date and author (Posted on: august 1st, 2011 by admin No Comments) in some pages (not all) in wordpress 3.2.1?

    What do I do to hide this information on some pages?

    what theme are you using?

    are you talking about static pages or web pages?

    I don′t want the information about date and author in my static pages.

    I am using a blank-theme, from a course in lynda.com.

    does your theme have a page.php?

    if yes, edit it and remove the code of ‘date and author’ from it;

    if not, make a copy of index.php and save it as page.php; proceed as above.
