WordPress 3.1 update has removed my images

Hi,

I hope I am posting this in the right section. I’m not very technically minded so would really appreciate any help you can give me.

I have just upgraded to WordPress 3.1 for my site https://www.clothesonfilm.com and it appears to have caused all the images at the top of my posts (just above the title) to disappear. All other images are fine, just the one at the very top. Moreover I cannot seem to replace it by uploading another as nothing seems to display there anymore.

I have tried disabling the plugins one by one but this has made no difference. Can anyone help explain to me what is wrong and provide some suggestions for fixing it?
