WordPress 3.0 Custom Menu code?

Well, I’m using a 3 year old unsupported theme, but I would still like to have the custom menu feature available. My question is simple; What code do I need to add to make my theme compatible with this feature?

Also, my apologies if there already is a thread on this, or if this is posted in the wrong place.
