• Been searching like crazy. Upgraded to 3.0 and now I get a white page where my admin page used to be. Moved my plugins folder but that didn’t solve it. Placed all my themes in a new folder and now the site doesn’t show up. If I put my Mystique theme back and now I can see the page but still no admin access. I can’t get my site to utilize the default theme and my only access to my site is via FTP (dreamweaver). Any help is appreciated.

I’ve now tried looking for extra spaces after ?> and that didn’t help either. Again, it seems to have something to do with the Mystique theme but I can’t seem to change the theme manually back to the default or a known WP 3.0 theme. Someone out there has to know how to fix it.

Access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename everything except the /twentyten/ directory. This will force the Twenty Ten theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn’t work. The ONLY theme it seems to like is Mystique and the admin page is blank no matter which theme.

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of the /wp-admin/ and /wp-includes/ directories with fresh copies from the download.

That didn’t work either. Now it’s all blank. Afraid I’m going to have to start from fresh. I did download the xml file but not sure if that will return all my text and pictures. What a bummer.
