WordPress 3.0 blank/naked theme

  • Hi,

    I was wondering if there is a blank wordpress theme for the Release Candidate, I hope I don’t have to strip 20-10 all the way…

    I know, but look at the functions.php… I just want an empty theme..

    Or is it better to use a normal theme for 2.9 and edit it?

    if you are stripping out the functions anyway, then a 2.9 theme will work just fine for your needs. Basic theme functionality is unchanged…. 2010 just makes use of some new features, but if you don’t want to use those features you can work from any basic theme really.

    I have just found a stripped down version of 201o called Starkers . It is entirely bare, just what you are looking for.

    i also recommend starkers, it had lot’s of updates to accommodate 3.0.
