wordpress 3 menus admin modification

  • I have created a new theme for WordPress 3.0
    I have modified the new builtin wordpress menus.
    I would just like to add a line or two of instructions on how to use it, in the Menus page under Appearances in the Admin.
    How could I achieve this from within the theme without changing the wordpress core?
