• I am in tears!

For the fourth time in three days, I have lost all access to my WordPress account; log-in and dashboard. Initially, not far into the creation process, the resolution – with the guidance of GoDaddy.com – was to uninstall and then reinstall WordPress as my host.

NOW I am too far into the creation of the site!!! I have lost many hours, much work and wish not to recreate the wheel. I am extremely frustrated with this experience!!!

I can no longer log-in nor find my site online.

Having had previous experience with WordPress, I would have never dreamed this would happen and entrusted WordPress to be an ideal venue to expedite a much needed site for my non-profit group.

    Please help.

When you say you can’t log in, do you mean

    1. you get the log on screen but your username & password doesn’t get you in?
    2. you can’t get the log on screen by going to https://blogaddress.com/wp-admin?

these two scenarios have different causes, but as the description of the problem is not clear, it is impossible to provide any meaningful help unless you give more detail about what is happening. I do not know what you are doing to lose your WordPress – maybe changing something in admin?

Are you keeping backups of your files & database? There’s no need to lose anything if it is backed up.

GoDaddy telling you to trash it & start again sounds like lazy and/or non-expert advice. As an example, If the URL setting has been changed to an incorrect value, the blog will not be accessible, but it would be simple to fix by changing the value in the database back to the previous correct value or by restoring a previous database backup.
