WordPress 2.8.6 Secret Administrator

I have found a secret administrator in WordPress 2.8.6.

2 administrators are listed but there should be only one in the list. I can see this secret administrator as the list loads and then it immediately disappears from the list. I have managed to get a screen shot of the list in the millisecond before it disappears.

What should I do to get rid of this secret administrator?
