• Hi, I installed qtranslate, it works but it generate only one url for just one of the activated languages. Can anybody help?

  • It depends on how you set the permalink for your blog.

    Typically, if you are using WP’s permalink, and if you choose from qTranslate Advanced Setting for URL Modification Mode directive as:

    Use Pre-Path Mode (Default, puts /en/ in front of URL)

    then the URL of your another language should be like this:

    https://www.yourwpsite.com/id/2009/09/09/your-post-title/ <– for example, this is URL for Indoensian (id) language, and it will being automatically generated

    whereas the default URL for that post is:

    https://www.yourwpsite.com/2009/09/09/your-post-title/ <– and this one the default URL of that post since my blog using English as default language

    You can see the other language for URL of your post by activating qTranslate Language Selector widget, then try to switch from one language to another one.
