I have been unable to update my Draw Attention Pro plugin. I’m getting the following two messages:

There is a new version of Draw Attention Pro available.?View version 3.0.7 details.?Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

And then:

An error occurred while updating Draw Attention Pro:?Update package not available.

Any idea why this might be happening?

@danspr Unfortunately, we aren’t allowed to use these forums to offer support for the paid version of our plugin. But if you email our support team at [email protected], we can figure out what’s going on with your license and get you squared away.

Thanks for the response Natalie. I’m not using the paid version. I was wondering if that was the issue. I have the free version and am unable to update.

Ok. This worked. Seems like this is the new version called “Draw Attention” as opposed to my old version called “Draw Attention Pro”. I see that some of the features I was using are only available with the paid versions now. Ok. Thank you.
