Wordpres 3.0 and MU

Hello everybody,
In the past i used wordpress MU with an pluging which allowed me to add domains instead of subdomains.
This makes wordpress MU multi domains, after a hard servercrash, the plugin does not work any more, data lost and wordpress MU stopped
Does anybody knows if it is possible to add again multidomains/
For Example.
Wordpress 3.0.1 is installed on
https://www.cmsdomain.com
my customers use
https://www.shop1.com
https://www.shop2.comis it possible to add these as domains?
The DNS of these sites is linked to my server and i added these sites as an domainpointer on the domain… https://www.cmsdomain.com so the server knows where to find the site..
Any who can help me further?
