On checking, we couldn’t find our plugin installed on your website. Could you please verify the author of the plugin that you are using?

    Thank you!

I am referring to the Product Variation Swatches for Woocommerce from ThemeHigh and how it displays in my Lumise product designer. They said that particular wording on the variations would be coming from the swatches plugin.

I got here through the link on the plugin.

    Thank you

In WooCommerce all the added attributes are registered as new taxonomy with pa_ as the prefix. So an attribute with a name with select will register as pa_select. We hope the product designer plugin is showing this taxonomy name in the product designer section.

In the default WooCommerce, the taxonomy (Attribute) name will display on the left side of the variable product, and the attribute term will be displayed on the right side of the variable product.

Further, checking your variable product we are not seeing any HTML classes added by our plugin. We are not sure, whether it is coming from our plugin.

We need to check your issue in detail. Could you please raise a ticket through our website? We hope our technical team will be able to help you.

    Thank you!

The Lumise designer plugin is directly displaying the variation attribute name from the variation element. In the default WooCommerce, the current variation attribute name contains the term pa_. This pa_ is for indicating the attribute is a product-specific one. The plugin Lumise designer can remove the prefix before displaying the attribute name. We have checked the plugin Lumise designer JS code and they are not removing the same.

So we recommend you to contact the Lumise designer plugin support to check this in detail. We hope they will be able to help you.

    Thank you!
