Wordfence's scan is blocking evrything

Hello every one,
I just noticed 2 days ago that my database was overextending the limit set up by OVH. So they restricted me to read only
When I went to check the data it seems that wfhoovers took 150 of the 200 mo i have.
And when I went to the wordfence interface the scan was running for 6 days

I think wordfence went too far while scanning and now cannot scan further since OVH restricts me.

The problem is i can’t kill the scan and i can’t disable wordfence
I tried both multiple times and that didn’t work

I read that deleting the wfhoover durinfg a scan was not a wise thing to do
So what are my options left ? should i remove completly wordfence via ftp and then destroy wfhoover ?
