Hi @naddy30, thanks for messaging and clearly highlighting the issue you’re seeing.

At the time you receive this error on-screen, head over to your Wordfence > Live Traffic page and see if you can see a block for a few seconds before. If you can, you should be able to “ADD PARAM TO WHITELIST” using the button available there when you expand it with the “eye” icon. This may be sufficient alone to allow the connections in future.

If not, you could try a period of time with your site in Learning Mode as it seems the communication between this page and WooCommerce is being flagged as a false-positive.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Thanks for the reply, even when I disable the firewall it still will not load the analytics. Only when I disable the wordfence plugin completely it works again.

    Hi @naddy30,

Are you still seeing the blocks appear in your Live Traffic page when you reenable the firewall? Are you able to show me the expanded entry (after clicking the “eye” icon) using a service like Snipboard, obscuring any sensitive information of course?

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
