    I have tried multiple solutions. Turned off firewalls, removed from Cloudflare and so on. 13 other sites connect yet this one does not.

    Hi again @andyentre, I just thought I’d drop in some extra information for you to speed up your enquiry if the site is appearing in Connection Issues.

    Head over to Wordfence Central, go to the Connection Issues tab. clear out the site appearing in this section.

    Now go to your site and log in as an admin. Navigate to Tools > Diagnostics > Other Tests > Clear all Wordfence Central connection data. Clear the connection data and then from the Wordfence Dashboard, click on “Connect this site” in the Wordfence Central widget.

    Hi @andyentre thanks for the info.

    Have you also tried creating an admin account in WordPress with the same email that you have used to register the Wordfence Central account? If not, please do so and once you have the account, sign in as that admin and try connecting from the Wordfence Central Status widget on the Wordfence Dashboard page.

    If that hasn’t worked for you, could you please send us a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
