    Hello!
I’m trying to solve an Error 403 when I save pages from Elementos Rev. 2.0.7 page editor. I like to chage to “Learning Mode” from Web Application Firewall, but Wordfence is unable to save changes. The Save button illuminates, but doesn’t Save, not showing the save action . I am usig Wordfence Rev. 7.1.3 and WP Rev. 4.9.5.

I checked the Tools–>Diagnostic, and all items are OK with green color

Any help here, to solve this?
    Thanks!

  • Hi @360sms,

Indeed switching the Firewall Status to “Learning Mode” should allow Wordfence to whitelist the operation.

Now the fact that you’re unable to save changes when you try to validate the modification could be caused by a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using.

Could you try temporarily switching to a default theme –if you’re not already using one– and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

To do so I recommend the “Health Check” plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

    Hi @wfyann,

Sorry for my delay in response to you, and thank you very much for your response.

I don′t have very clear why, but now the Save in Worfence is working OK.

    Thanks again !!
