    Google answered me:
    Dear Advertiser,

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads support center.

I hope your day is going well.

While checking your Google Ads account I see that your ads have been disapproved due to violating malicious or unwanted software policy of Google. I checked your website and identified the following malicious links that you need to remove:

    https://med***ee.com/pu-placer.js***

You can consult a webmaster in order to remove the malicious links from your website. Please be informed your ads will be approved within 72 business hours after you remove the malicious links. However, if you want to speed up this process, then after removing the malicious links you can make a small change to your ads and click on submit. If there are not any other issues then your ads will be approved within 24 hours.

Thanks for answer Tim. I doesnt find an email from you? Did you sent me an e-mail?

This has been sorted with the customer over email. I’m putting the summary of the issue here in case someone finds it in a search and wonders what happened.

In my experience I have found that Google AdWords has a tendency to flag sites based on Malware or malicious URLs they have found on sites based on cached results. At times there never was malware there. The way you find out is that you receive an email from the Google AdWords team telling you they are removing your site from the program because of it. Often times you can clear this up by taking a breath, looking at the links they say are on the site, and then going to look at the page they say it is on.

So, let’s say that Google AdWords say that a known malicious URL RandomHacker.com/badCode.js is on your web page yourdomain.com/TotallyInnocentPage.html.

First open yourdomain.com/TotallyInnocentPage.html in your browser.

Right click on the page and click ‘view page source’ (example is from Chrome. Yours may say something similar). If you don’t have right click enabled you can enter view-source: in front of the URL to see the code in Chrome. In the example above you would enter view-source:yourdomain.com/TotallyInnocentPage.html in the browser address bar.

This will show you a page with the code that actually makes up the web page. Click the F3 button to open a search box on a Windows computer or Fn + F3 on a Mac.

Our example bad URL was RandomHacker.com/badCode.js so you’d want to search for badCode or RandomHacker.

If you find the malicious URL then you may need to clean the site. If you don’t find it, respond to Google AdWords and ask for a specific example of where the bad code is on the page. If it was falsely detected or from cached results the Google AdWords team has, then they usually respond and say it is all clean now and they close the case.

This is what happened to this customer. Before you invest lots of money cleaning a site, make sure and check it. This can save you as lot of time and frustration. Again, this is not always the case but it’s worth it to check so you know what you have to do.
