• A number of years ago I migrated four sites from one host to another because of constant application of captcha code on login pages. This was the original host’s method of “solving the problem”.

A week ago, an old v1 captcha (pre March 31, 2018) reared its ugly head on a site on my NEW host. I had no relief from the new host’s tech support, although they tried mightily. Disabling plugins would not resolve the problem.

I contacted Wordfence, of which I happily use the free version. It took Wordfence tech support about five minutes to resolve my login problem once my slot in the queue opened up. I followed Wordfence’s recommendation and the problem was resolved, immediately and to everyone’s satisfaction (mostly mine).

While I was reinstalling Wordfence’s most recent plugin update on the site, I came across the All Options/Import-Export Options field. In the blink of an eye, and after creating a single token, I was able to migrate a single site’s Wordfence settings to six other WordPess sites. Of course, I had to log into each site to do the copy/paste deed, but it was so simple even I could manage it.

Thank you Wordfence. You are the best.
