    Yes, I’m agree that the plugin is the best, but the support is very low.
    I don’t arrive to receive support for my enter in the support account since last year because my premium account is always locked. I send many email in all the wordfence contact and also by facebook. But nothing. Yust by wordpress support form.
    I don’t know if I will continue with Wordfence Security.

    I’m looking into the reason you can’t get in touch but I suspect it is because you keep responding to a ticket that is over a year old. Emailing [email protected] or [email protected] would get you unlocked faster. If you’d like to try emailing one of those addresses after trying to access the site again, I can see if I can tell what is going wrong with the access.

    FYI – We do not provide support via social media at all due to security and privacy concerns so please do not send any requests via Facebook.
