I have no idea why the Wordfence Security plugin raises the error, but your page seems to be working fine.

The error is saying that the image 1247227092.png is missing from the wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha/ folder. These images are added to the WP Uploads folder when you use Really Simple CAPTCHA. One image file is generated each time a form with a Captcha field is displayed.

I don’t know why some images are being deleted on you site but it is unlikely of itself to be a security issue.

    Thanks both for your answer.

So would I be right in concluding that it is a error that the person using the form did not notice and they did just send the form of? Or did they get en error and the form was not send?

See in the end I am concerned that it is working properly, the error messages in my log are fine, I can live with that.
