    I got an email telling me this, I’m not sure if I should be concerned about this or delete these files?

    This is the message I got:

* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/SimplePie/Cache/adf416701234bb74c7b67e4f1dc6eede.spc

* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/SimplePie/Cache/ce35f0e1d09e3ed451a8b531d0483cc6.spc

    Yes.

    Delete them and run a full scan of your site.

    Hey, thanks Steve.

    These files have kind of been sitting there for a while, I googled it and saw a lot of people with similar things and everyone said it was normal. I’m glad I asked here.

    I deleted them and did a scan with Wordfence, everything seems to be in order.
