    Hi @daperrin, thanks for reaching out.

    Because these are in a /cache folder, I expect they’re being recreated by a caching plugin when it spots they’ve been deleted. If the “pa_upcs-sitemap.xml” file is your actual WordPress sitemap and is being cached, you can either choose to ignore this result in Wordfence or set your cache to ignore the original file to stop it being regenerated.

    If you don’t recognize that file at all, deleting it from your /cache folder AND its original location should prevent it from returning.
