    Hi @wfgerald,

Recently WordFence scan started failing, not executing scans.

I’m going to send you the diagnostice report via an email. Please keep it private.

Note: I also can’t get rule set, including via manual bottom

“No rules were updated. Please verify you have permissions to write to the /wp-content/wflogs directory.”

Note, I have a FireWall where your published IPs are white listed.

Also, I have .htaccess files protection, ModSecurity OWSAP rule set, Ninja FW plugin, and iTheme security plugin installed.

I have resaved server “Full hostname” on Plesk, and it seems scan is running. Any idea what could have happened?

Any special information on the diagnostic information I have sent you via an email?

    I still get this message:

No rules were updated. Please verify you have permissions to write to the /wp-content/wflogs directory

Hello @ziegel and thanks for reaching out to us!

I was not able to locate your first diagnostic.

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!
