Hi @satimis02, thanks for reaching out to us!

Could you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi wfpeter,

    Thanks for your advice.

I’ll do it according to your advice next time encountering this problem.

I solved my problem by deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, then the problem gone.

    Regards

    Hi @satimis02,

That’s great news. Often your diagnostic will just help us understand a little more about your hosting environment so that we can see why the scans might be failing. However, in this case it looks like there may have been an installation issue that was rectified when you went back through the process.

I really appreciate you letting me know; if you have any further Wordfence questions in future by all means start a new topic any time!

    Peter.
