    Hello

I have been using Wordfence for a while and its really a great addition for security. But sometimes I see some plugins not working due to Wordfence.

One of these plugins I can’t get to work right now is Premium Addons for Elementor.
I did a test with every other plugin disabled and they work normally. When I enable Wordfence, the Elementor panel stays in a loading loop, doesn’t load anything and I can’t edit my pages or posts.

Is there a way to add any plugin to some type of exclusion list in order to Wordfence let it work normally? This doesn’t happen only with Premium Addons, but other addons for Elementor too, so I can’t just pick another addon because its going to do the same.

    Cheers

Hello @msdesignfoto and thanks for reaching out to us!

Which plugins are they specifically? Recently there were a few vulnerabilities found in some of the addons for elementor that might be getting blocked by the WAF if you havent updated them yet.

https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2021/03/critical-0-day-in-the-plus-addons-for-elementor-allows-site-takeover/ is our blog post related to the issue.

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!

    Hello

Thanks for your reply. In fact I was trying something the Premium Addons advised me and it worked.

Seems nothing related to Wordfence, altough with your plugin disabled I could actually run those addons. It was an issue related to the settings..

    All solved.

    Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know the resolution!

Glad you could get it fixed!

    Hello,
I have the same issue with the plugin Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro, “the Elementor panel stays in a loading loop, doesn’t load anything and I can’t edit my pages or posts”

Deactivating this plugin is making Elementor working.

If i keep this plugin activated and I deactivate wordfence, then Elementor is working.

Looks like the plugin Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro is blocked by Wordfence.

    Thank you

    https://premiumaddons.com/docs/im-getting-a-blank-page-on-elementor-after-activating-premium-add-ons

    It worked with me!

    Cheers

    @msdesignfoto,
Thank you for your quick response, my problem was with Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro not Premium addons but anyway your suggestion is fixing the issue.

Thank you for your help, i am going to report the topic to EA dev team to get some advise from them.
    Regards.
