WordFence Premium paid support avoiding answers

I’m a WordFence Premium paid customer and your WordFence Premium support is avoiding answers, I can’t get a straight answer from them, are they hiding something?

Since the list must really be really small can you provide the list of Wordfence protected GOOD GUYS Bots. I’d like to know who these GOOD GUYS Bots are. Why would it be a secret if they are GOOD GUYS? Right?
