    Not sure if someone can help…

    I’ve got a site running Wordfence and all works well.

    However, I’ve recently created a password protected page (for customers to access), but when they try to login they receive the ‘ Your access to this site has been limited’ message. Assuming because their IP addresses are not included in the whitelist..

    I thought I had read this can be bypassed (below), which I’ve added, but it still doesn’t work;

    You can whitelist the field and it should no longer block your access:

    1. Go to Wordfence -> All Options
    2. Scroll down until you see Whitelisted URLs
    3. Put /staff/ for the URL
    4. Select Param Type: POST Body for the dropdown
    5. Put post_password for the Param Name
    6. Click Add, and then Save Changes

    Any ideas?

    Hello @kellylouise007 and thanks for reaching out to us!

    You do have the correct process but we can verify it by checking the blocks in your Live Traffic. Navigate to your Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic page to find these blocks from the users trying to access this page. You should be able to click on the block to expand the details, then you should see “Add Param to Allowlist” there. You should be able to add that to the allowlist directly from here.

    Let me know if this works!

    Thanks again!

    Thanks for providing that @kellylouise007

    It looks like you have a country block in place that is blocking these requests. Are you country blocking the UK?

    Since Country Blocking is a Premium Feature, if you’re a Premium Wordfence Customer, I recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. They will be able to assist you faster and more efficiently.

    Thanks again!
