    After upgrading to the paid version to Block Countries such as China, I am receiving emails like this:

    A user with IP address 182.245.9.62 has been locked out from the signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Used an invalid username ‘admin’ to try to sign in.
    User IP: 182.245.9.62
    User location: Kunming, China

    If this country is blocked than how could this be happening? This is not the first email. Even my Google Analytic reports in fact show Russia, China and others who I blocked through the PAID Version.

    In my opinion, not worth the upgrade.

    First, I can’t find any account associated with your email/username here in our database at support.wordfence.com so I can’t see if you opened a ticket about this issue. It’s hard for us to address a concern if we don’t hear about it in the first place. And, since CB is a feature only available in the premium version, a wordpress mod will likely be by to close this post, since it violates the rules.

    Second, since you have decided to open the issue, I’ll try to address a few things so that when you do open a ticket, we can work to fix your problem faster. See this link, and include the information in the questions when you do submit the ticket:

    There are a few questions there and they include information that may fix your particular issue. Sometimes it is just one missed checkbox that caused the whole problem.

    Third, Google analytics referrer spam has been discussed many times before. Please see this link for a complete explanation (discovered by a member of the community here!) and a fix.

    I have followed your support threads and no solution.

    Letting others know an upgraded feature on your product is ineffective is a violation of the rules, or are you mostly concerned that you may lose sales? If it actually worked, I would not be writing anything but praise here. I purchased 3 licenses for 3 sites and it’s not fair to sell something that does not work. That would be in violation of the U.S. Law called Fraud.

    Discussing premium or paid functions is against the rules as the mods have told me. Again, the premium ticketing system is at https://support.wordfence.com. Please post there. My only concern is helping you solve your issue. Did you get a chance to look at the help in the links I provided?
