Wordfence Page Not Found non-existent page Best Uses

When going through the Wordfence Live Traffic feature and looking at the Page Not Found tap there are people or bots trying to access pictures and pages that don’t exist. Should I block there IP addresses? What the best way to protect against intruders using Wordfence?
– 1. This one is trying to access a plugins file when that plugin has already been deleted.
