Wordfence not blocking IP addresses

    I’m not really sure what that is supposed to mean. Wordfence is definitely blocking IP addresses on over a million of sites all over the world. Could you ask your client to perhaps describe a bit more in detail what the issue seems to be? Ask them to grab a screenshot and describe what it is they are seeing in it. That may help us understand what the issue is. Feel free to point your client to this forum so they can post themselves. It might make things easier too!

    Wordfence does block IPs and IP ranges fine.
