    On my website, after scanning with Wordfence, Wordfence saying all theme’s functions.php file and all plugins main files are malicious.

    Even the plugin is saying his main file is also malicious.

    May I know why this is happening?

    WP version 5.1
    Wordfence version 7.2.3
    Active theme Jupiter

    It is possible that some of these files were modified maliciously.

    Can you copy-paste the contents of these files into something like pastebin.com, and paste the links here?

    I’ll take a look at these files and compare them to what is found in a clean installation of WordPress/Wordfence.
