• Tried to login to the main site protected by wordfence and 2 test sites recursively protected by wordfence and got the locked out message. So did the old time disable temporarily trick. Updated my plugins and themes and renabled Wordfence then got this on all three trying to log out. This is not the first time this has happened, please take a good look at the waf operation. I think there is one or more flaws in how it is protecting that is causing these direct and recursive errors.

    Thanks.

  • Hey @flyfisher842,

Can you please share a screenshot of the expanded Details in Wordfence > Live Traffic of your IP being locked out? This might give us a better idea of what’s happening.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

I have the screen shot. How do I share it?

I also whitelisted my ipv6 and my ipv4 ip address. It is my ipv4 address that shows in the live traffic for the site where wordfence is installed and for the 2 of the recursive sites that were locked out from signing in today. Will see if this fixes the problem.
