Wordfence LiveTraffic shows no more than 5 days of traffic

    Hello,

    My version number : 7.4.0

    Since the beginning I use Wordfence, I did’nt change rules. Since few days, in LiveTraffic, I only see traffic of few days. For example, we are the 5th of november and I see traffic until the 31 of october. That’s all.

    Another strange thing, When I select “Humans”, now I see some “Warning” in the list.

    What is the problem ?

    Hi @aaddoe,

    Can you check the settings for Wordfence -> Tools -> Live Traffic options?

    There’s two you should look at:

    – Amount of Live Traffic data to store (number of rows)
    – Maximum days to keep Live Traffic data (minimum: 1)

    If you want to retain more traffic history, you can set these values higher.

    The warnings in live traffic indicate various non-fatal issues, such as failed logins.

    That’s not a problem with your server, but with how your users are interacting with your site.

    Hello Dave,

    Yes I checked. I did’nt change the defaults amount
    – Amount of Live Traffic data to store : 2000
    – Maximum days to keep Live Traffic data : 30. This one, I tried to change and I put 40 but nothing changed

    An idea ?
    My site is not a big site, not a lot of traffic

    And another detail : when I try to show advanced filters and I put a date before 25th october, it doesnt show it.
    I’ve got no information before 28th october.

    What is the problem ?
