    Hello,

I looked through the topics but unfortunately I did not manage to find a satisfactory answer to this little problem.

Until recently Wordfence was working like a miracle. This changed about 2 days ago when Cloudflare servers went down for a couple hours (yes, this particular website is using cloudflare). When it came back online the Live Traffic feature wasn’t working anymore. It looks like this all the time:

    https://prntscr.com/oax8se

Now, I also have another website that is not sitting on Cloudflare. Nothing changed there. Plugins and theme are the same on both and all worked fine before the drop.

I tried switching to a default theme and turning all plugins off. I also wiped clean Wordfence database and reinstalled it but to no avail. I don’t exactly feel like wiping the whole site and putting it up again on a fresh db so maybe you guys can help pinpoint where and what should I look for in order to fix this, as something has obviously gone horribly wrong in the files.

    Thanks

  • Hey @rafling,

Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.remarpro.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
