    For about the past two weeks my Wordfence live traffic log has not been keeping, well, a log, recording maybe one or two hits a day and ignoring or purging other visits.

    I know this is correct because I have a separate installation of statcounter which is working.

    The overhaul of the live traffic architecture hasn’t been a friend to Wordfence, anyway, so I’m just wondering what’s going on. Thank you.

    Hi @pollyleritae,
    Just checking in here to see if you are still having problems with Live Traffic. If so, do you have any cache plugins installed? Wordfence only runs on .php files, so that could possibly explain why you’re not seeing all your traffic in Live Traffic.

    I have a few websites and all but one when I go to live traffic I can view. But one website just spins but no live traffic shows at all.

    Hello, for the last 18 days Wordfence is no longer logging “Human” visitors to our site. There are a host of bots shown but no more humans from IP’s we filter outside of our building. Uninstalling and reinstalling of course did not resolve the issue. We are running a copy of Wordfence on the main domain of this site, the non-store site and it is still working perfectly but for some reason it has stopped logging humans on the store. I will submit a diagnostics report after I submit this thread. Thank you so much in advance.

    Please disregard until I can investigate further. I have made zero changes to this plugins config up until now. As a last ditch effort I told Wordfence to “Restore Defaults” and this has corrected the issue for now. Unclear what occurred that made this option necessary.

    I had the same problem for several weeks until today, I have just found that you have to go to “All options”, go down to “live traffic options” and change the “Traffic logging mode” from “security only” to “ALL TRAFFIC”.
