Wordfence Live Site Activity not working

  • Hi,

    My Wordfence Live Site Activity is not working. When I click on it (All Hits, Humans, etc) the page does not load and all I get is a spinning wheel and blank screen. I have contacted my Host company, and this is their reply.

    “It seems that WordFence is getting 500 error when it tries to access the admin-ajax.php, the file admin-ajax.php seems to be fine and we did not see any errors. You may want to contact Wordfence to see if they have a solution to these issues.”

    Can you please help me fix this problem asap. Awesome plugin by the way!!

    Wow, not a very helpful hosting company. Tell them to check the website error log which actually contains the 500 error and let you know what that is.

    Hi Mark! Thanks for your prompt reply. The hosting company is good. They did actually send me the the logs from the server, but I’m not very knowledgeable of this topic and the logs contained data that I thought were private and so did not include it in my previous post. Can I let you view the logs another way, eg: pm?

    Thanks Kerry! I’ve emailed the logs to [email protected].

    By the way, two days ago the Wordfence site activity was working again on my site, albeit a little slow to load up, but now it’s not working again. Hope someone can help, please.
