    Hi @frasers,

When trying to connect Zapier, a false-positive may be blocking the request. Sometimes, you might need to enable Learning Mode for a short time if further actions also need to be allowed while trying to connect. You can read more about this (and also a method of allowlisting from Live Traffic) here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

Our option, “Prevent discovery of usernames through ‘/?author=N’ scans, the oEmbed API, the WordPress REST API, and WordPress XML Sitemaps” could be blocking the site from listing users if the call wasn’t made by an authenticated user. It may be worth trying to turn that option off in Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection > Additional Options.

We have also seen problems with some Zapier communications on some sites in the past if 2FA is enforced on your site, so if you have that turned on, let me know.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

This option was turned off since long time ago, it wasn’t even on.

Please advise me a solid solution. As right now, there’s no any other way around this, the only way to do is to turn off your plugin then zapier is able to re connect.

But once your plugin is re activated, zapier is off again.

    Please advise.

I also tried learning mode now, it doesn’t work either, the only way to re connect to zapier is to completely deactivate your plugin.

Please advise, this is not way such a big famous plugin should expect.

and i need to point out, on the Live Traffic Options, there’s no any way i can add zapier to allow list. See screenshot:

    Hi @frasers ,

Have you tried to follow our documentation regarding Wordfence compatibility here? https://docs.om4.io/woocommerce-zapier/compatibility/#wordfence-security The main takeaway is that you can’t use an allowlist for IPs because Zapier uses a dynamic array of servers, but you can disable Wordfence for the WooCommerce Zapier integration endpoint if needed.

There is no such option here:

Please also ensure that the?WordPress Dashboard?→?Side Menu?→?Wordfence?→?All Options?→?Disable WordPress application passwords?checkbox is not ticked (i.e., application passwords need to be enabled and not disabled).

Disable WordPress application passwords — I can’t find anywhere.

And honestly, I don’t understand your whole long page for the above information you sent, it brings another thousands of pages with many different options, sorry – I just installed your plugin and i want a simple solution.

Please help, your plugin creates huge problems right now!

After tried all the method from that video you provide, it’s still not able to reconnect zapier, the only way to connect it is to disable your plugin. But once it’s active again, zapier is disconnected again.

This issue is crazy, it makes me have to move to another security plugin.

If you are not able to help, i will have to remove your plugin shortly. Please advise.
