WordFence incompatibility?
-
Hi, I use WP-Better-Security along with the plugin, WordFence. That plugin tests for human users using some kind of ajax calls that WP-Better-Security constantly interprets as as a sign that my legit users are intruders.
The first part of the ajax url is always the same:
wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wordfence_logHuman&hid=6A7DCF43097D947F2ECECD14D56C8203
So I was really hoping that someone – member or author – might have an idea about how to tell Better-WP-Security to ignore any url beginning with
wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wordfence_logHuman&hid=
.
While that might leave open some attacks, I’d at least like to be able to perform this tweak in order to allow my legitimate users access to my website. Some of them are beginning to feel cursed. ??Thanks for any direction,
~Brendan
