wordfence halted on certain file

My wordfence is a little strange… it starts scan(as I can see on debug mode),but halted on certain file, than give me a message saying “The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 6 minutes ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably. Click here for steps you can try”.
When I restart a new scan ,it will halt on other file and fail again.
for example, one time it failed on:
