    Hello it seems like our Alerts emails for user logins have lost their formatting.

    Is there any fix to this?

    Can you please share some screenshots?

    What browser and email client are you using? If you use a different browser and/or email client does it still lose its formatting?

    it happens on outloook client and any browser. Doesn’t seem to matter where you view the email from.

    Yes it doesnt seem to me matter what the client is, formatting is lost

    I can’t seem to find the email. Can you please resend and address me in the subject field?

    Are you using any plugins to assist with email? Can you also share a list of your plugins when you send the email?

    Thanks, I was able to find it.

    Were there any additional plugins, updates, or configurations around the time this started happening that you’re aware of?

    If you send a test email is its formatting lost as well? You can test this by navigating to Tools > Diagnostics > Other Test, which is at the very bottom of the page. You’ll notice two options to send test emails.

    Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address
    Send a test activity report email

    If so, can you test for a conflict by disabling all other plugins and send the test emails to see if the formatting is still lost? If it isn’t, reactivate the plugins one at a time while sending the tests each time to find the culprit(s), if any.
