    Hi,

Do you have any additional security plugins, or any custom .htaccess code that may prevent visits from reaching the login form, or from breaking any of the other rules that may get them blocked?

If not, it’s possible that the MySQL database user doesn’t have all privileges in the database, or that it did not have privileges at a previous point when Wordfence was updated. You can check using a tool like phpmyadmin, if you’re familiar with it, or ask the host.

Alternately, if you don’t mind resetting all of your settings, you can get a fresh installation by turning on “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” near the bottom of the Wordfence options page, then disabling and removing the plugin, and installing it again. This will attempt to re-create and set up the tables.

(You can keep most of your settings by exporting them at the bottom of the Options page, and importing them again afterward, but some items like the Blocked IPs are limited in exports.)
