Wordfence could not register with the Wordfence scanning servers….

    I’ve run WF on many sites on many hosts and I’ve never encountered this before. On this site, I login and the error message, “Wordfence could not register with the Wordfence scanning servers when it activated” shows up. Deactivate and reactivate and nothing changes. Also, I should mentioned when I go to plugins and do anything, I get the prompt to sign my email up and join the list to setup my WF account. Over and over.

    It’s on InMotion Hosting and they’ve never seen anything like this. And the majority of their customers use WF. So why is it happening to me?

    Are you still having this issue? If so, can you please send me over a Diagnostics report (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email) to [email protected]? Please add your forum username in that second field under the email address and update this thread so we’ll know what it’s in reference to.
