Wordfence Conflict With Yoast

Working on a site for someone. I think the most recent update broke Yoast. I was missing info on the tabs SEO & Readability suddenly(they wouldn’t expand). Also meta box and keyword phrase and preview was also missing and the right hand side readability and Seo checkmarks were gone too, while editing a page. I have isolated the problem to be due to the Wordfence Plugin. I have currently disabled Wordfence and the areas showed up again. There was just a Wordfence update and that seems to have affected Yoast. I have been using Yoast on other sites with no problem. How do I fix it? Is it a setting? I would like to keep using both plugins. Around the time this happened I got this error, which is probably unrelated wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/hr/plugin.min.js so I reinstalled WordPress with the one click on the dash. But the only thing that brought back the functionality of Yoast was to deactivate Wordfence. Any insights would be appreciated into how I can continue to use both plugins. Thank you. PS: I want to add I will not be updating Wordfence on my other sites, until this is resolved.
