Wordfence Central Templates – Scan Settings

We are leaning on Wordfence Central to delivery template settings crossed multi-sites. We have noticed most of these settings applying however the Scan and Scheduled Scan Settings aren’t applying and or aren’t changing. I am assuming this is because of the non-premium installations however would love to know if this is controllable via templates and Wordfence Central or if this is a pure premium feature that the individual sites need in order to modify the Scan Schedule Settings.
I’ve dug into cron settings, db settings and values and confirmed no scan settings changing on template application(s).
