    Hi there,

    I already sent a request via the contact form on the Wordfence site but didn’t get any reply. So i’ll try here. Unfortunately I lost my phone and therefore lost my recovery codes and 2FA authenticator. Therefore I cannot access Wordfence Central.

    Is there a way to recover my account? Maybe by sending some official docs?

    For Wordfence Central, we usually request to please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com providing the email address and/or username that is on the account so that we can assist you.

    Our team do receive these to our support desk and respond to these emails ASAP, whereas our contact form submissions may not be seen as quickly.
