    With Wordfence enabled, the WP All Import plugin throws a fatal error when setting up an import. Error messages as follows:

    There’s a problem with your import file. It has changed and is not compatible with this import template.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Undefined field ‘options’ requested by: [ include in /home/site/public_html/stable/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import-pro/controllers/controller.php line 82 ]
    in /home/site/public_html/stable/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import-pro/models/model/record.php on line 151″

    Another oddity is that the import file is created multiple times by the WP All Import plugin when this error occurs. However, with Wordfence disabled, the import process works flawlessly (no errors and only one import file created, as expected). Turning off the Wordfence WAF does not solve the problem, the Wordfence plugin needs to be fully deactivated.

    I’m also trying to troubleshoot this from the WP All Import plugin side but does anyone have any advice here?

    Hi @upstartdm

    I would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @upstartdm as the forum username please.

    Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.
