    When a transaction reply is blocked, go to the the Blocked IPs page under the Wordfence menu, and see what it says in the “Reason” field below the IP address. That will show which rule was too strict, or possibly if there was another setup issue.

    Note also if the Hostname appears to be something other than the credit card processor — if you use CloudFlare or another similar option, it may interfere with the blocking code.

    Can you also tell me what your options are, on the Wordfence options page, under the Firewall Rules section?
