Wordfence Caching Captha

Any caching will likely do this. You have a form on a page that asks a user to select a,b,or c. The first user selects a. The page gets cached on that visit. Every visitor after will get the a box already selected until the page is cached. We have a page about how to use code to tell the plugin not to cache something (https://support.wordfence.com/solution/articles/1000074182-is-wordfence-and-falcon-caching-engine-compatible-with-woocommerce) but likely your best bet would be to add the page in question to the list under “You can add items like URLs, cookies and browsers (user-agents) to exclude from caching” on the performance setup page.
