Wordfence caching?

    I have been experiencing problems with donation forms on our charity’s site not loading.

    The plugin is GiveWP and their support tells me it’s a caching issue (the pages with forms must NOT serve from cache for security reasons).

    I contacted my host (A2 Hosting) who said it’s nothing on server-side.

    I deactivated WordFence and now the forms work perfectly.

    My problem is that I have no idea why! I don’t know what I can change within WordFence to resolve this whilst having WordFence active on my site. I’m not a web developer, just an amateur who is a bit overwhelmed. Currently nobody can donate to the charity through the website unless I turn off WordFence, which is not a good option!
